The East Kent Basketball Association is the govening body for amateur basketball teams in the region.

It regulates both the men's league and the ladies' league.

Teams that reguarly play in the league come from Canterbury, Ashford, Dover, Folkestone, Herne Bay, Maidstone, Whistable and Tenterden.
